My own journey includes both privilege and trauma — and it’s through spirituality, meditation, and transformative therapies like Brainspotting and DBT Skills that I found deep healing myself. I opened my practice to provide high-quality, person-centered, non-pathologizing care for humans of all ages, because everyone deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and the utmost care.
I offer comprehensive psychological evaluations for U Visa, T Visa, VAWA, Extreme Hardship, and Asylum cases in English and Spanish. Each report reflects your story with empathy, professionalism, and the highest degree of care to support your case and your path toward safety.
I provide supervision that’s astute clinically and person-centered, helping developing therapists find their unique voice and navigate licensure with confidence. Together, we blend structure, warmth, and social justice values to strengthen your skills and self-trust as a clinician.

A standout aspect was the care and preparation that went into each supervision session. Rachel showed me what "doing your homework" can do not only for supervisees and clients; but overall professional and personal development. It's something I will take from this experience to help me become the best possible therapist I can be.
Lance Jacobs, APCC,
Former Supervisee
I love the way she sees the relationship between what we as therapists bring to the therapeutic process while keeping the clients needs front and center. I take copious notes when I'm in Supervision sessions with Rachel and find myself often pulling up content she's shared with me when I'm with clients.
